The pagan world worshiped this idol then and today calling her “Lunar Virgin”, “Mother of All”, “Diana Lucifera”, Isis (Eternal Goddess of All) and “Queen of Heaven”. Those that worshipped her (and worship her still) bought small statues and replicas of Diana (“silver shrines”). The silversmiths had a great business going selling idols until Paul came preaching that “they be no gods, which are made with hands”.
