Frank Welch



Frank Welch is an award-winning architect who has been photographing for over 40 years. He lives in Texas and was born in 1927. He began photographing while studying architecture on a Fulbright Scholarship in Paris in the early 1950s. Since 1989, he has made five trips to Italy.
